This is the easiest way to frame your artwork. You simply schedule an appointment and one of our framing experts will come to your home or office. During the appointment, we will show you samples, discuss your artwork, where it is going to hang and then take away your artwork to be framed.

Shipping is always FREE

Q: How Long will it take for me to get my frame? 

You will receive your completed frame within two weeks of placing your order. We will be in touch as soon as we have received your order and when your frame ships.

Q: What if my frame arrives damaged?

We’ll replace it. Just contact us

Q: How much work to do I have to do? 

We hand make the frame and bring it to the point where you just need to pop your item in. There are simple instructions allowing you to do this easily. We are always available to talk you through it too if needed. 

Q: How will I know how to insert my piece? 

We make it super simple and will send you a short instruction card breaking down exactly what to do in a few short steps

Q: What if I don't like my frame? 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns as all of our frames are custom made when you order them. We are working to use technology to allow you to get a better idea of what your frame will look like and we are confident this will reduce any issues like this. 

Q: Do I have to send my piece to you? 

No, we prefer you to keep your piece at home safe and sound. We will build the frame based on the measurements you provide. This allows you to keep your precious piece and speeds up the process of getting your frame to you.  

Q: How do I measure my piece?

Using a ruler/measuring tape measure the width and length of your piece that you would like on show.  Learn more here

Q: I forgot to add mat, how can I add it after ordering? 

Please contact us immediately and we can try to add the mat. 

Q: How will you know if my piece is landscape or vertical? 

We ask you which way your piece will be hanging during the ordering process. This will allow us to screw in the hooks to make it easy for you to hang.
